New transport and logistics complex with oil facilities. Built from scratch, the new complex with a capacity of 180 thousand tons per year has become one of the largest specialized enterprises in Russia. Over the past 30 years, this is the first newly built plant by Shell in Europe. The plant’s staff currently numbers 150 employees.

Tender analysis, preparation of a tender documentation and a detailed costs assessment based on design documentation shop drawings for the construction of an oil-lubricating mixing plant and other related technical buildings and utilities throughout the entire object.
