The Lakhta Center is a public and business complex located in the Primorsky district of St. Petersburg, consists of 5 objects: a skyscraper tower, a multifunctional building, a main entrance arch building, a complex of buildings and structures and a stylobate. The total area of the facilities is 570 thousand sq.m. The main high-rise tower of the complex, 462 meters high, houses the headquarters of the Russian corporation Gazprom. The Lakhta Center Tower has become the northernmost skyscraper in the world and is the second tallest building in Russia and the 16th in the world. Lakhta Center is among the five most environmentally friendly skyscrapers in the world.

Preparation of a detailed statement of quantities of work, BoQ, and materials for the tender for the selection of a general contractor.
Facilities:
The complex includes offices, co-working center, sports center, children’s science center and conference center. It includes 1.500 sq. m. of indoor exhibition space. Part of the outdoor area will be used to display works of art, installations and sculptures. At the top of the skyscraper at an altitude of 357 meters there is a free public observation deck.
