The Capitol Vista Office Tower is an office building designed to serve local and international high-tech companies embracing the techno-floor economic development model. The façade horizontal mullions on the exterior are controlled by Solar Gain, while the interior controlled by Parklex Prodema Naturclad-W Custom Loovers, an integral part of the curtain wall system, give tenants separate daylight control. The tower’s tall, narrow proportions and the scale and repetition of the horizontal stripes of glass and wood achieve a level of abstraction that gives status to the project.
