The project goal of new office for Bank of America Merrill Lynch was to create a modern, classic, yet functional space using natural materials such as stone floors and wood paneling on the walls. In addition, it was necessary to provide for the possibility of future redevelopment of the office located on the 6th, 7th and 8th floors of the Geneva House in Moscow.

Fit-out Project management from the tender stage to project completion. Preparation of commercial proposal for tender, interim evaluation, evaluation of change requests.
Facilities:
The office space is divided functionally into floors with offices for employees and VIP areas for meeting with clients. Employee offices include informal meeting areas and waiting rooms to provide a relaxed and informal environment for communication. Office space layouts feature both open-plan offices and sections of multiple workstations clustered around the building’s main atrium.
