Quality Management (QA/QC)

Quality management in construction is a critical component of overall project management, ensuring that construction works carried out on site meet required standards, safety regulations and quality expectations. Our Quality Engineers have experience working in various countries in the construction, manufacturing, energy, aerospace, finance, healthcare and hospitality industries. We are dedicated to providing high quality construction project management and systems integration services with a focus on meeting the varied needs of our Clients.

Our key principles for quality management in construction are:

  • We establish clear quality standards and procedures.
  • We regularly review and adapt our procedures to the industry changes and Client requirements.
  • We monitor and analyze the effectiveness of our quality control processes.
  • We collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive approach to quality control.

To ensure quality control in construction, we give priority to the following aspects:

  • Definition of our quality management: Quality management in construction involves the establishment of standards, procedures and protocols to ensure that projects are constructed as designed, in accordance with specifications, regulations, using high quality materials and workmanship. It plays a vital role in ensuring safety, compliance and Client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Quality Management Plan: At the beginning of any project, we create a Quality Management Plan (QMP) – a set of quality control processes specific to the project, site or contract. It includes a quality policy, clear objectives, requirement standards and measures to ensure compliance with legislation. The created Plan serves as a tool to ensure that the project maintains quality standards, continuous improvement, and good performance.
  • Quality procedures: After developing a quality plan, our next step is to create procedures to achieve quality goals. Our key areas of focus include document and record control, internal quality audit, non-conformance control, and corrective and preventive action. These procedures are essential to maintaining quality standards and ensuring the success of the entire project.
  • Quality management forms and documentation: We begin quality management processes with documents and forms in which we describe quality plans, inspections, test plans and other quality-related activities. These forms help collect, organize and track quality data, ensuring that quality standards are met and maintained throughout the construction process.
  • Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC): Quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) are integral components of our quality management in construction projects. Quality Assurance aims to provide our Clients with confidence in the quality of work, while quality control involves monitoring and technically supervising the actual quality of construction works through objective assessments. Both quality assurance and quality control are necessary to maintain high quality standards and build trust with stakeholders.

Our quality management in construction projects is a systematic approach that includes defining quality standards, creating quality management plans, implementing procedures, documenting quality processes, monitoring and technical supervision, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. By prioritizing quality assurance, quality control and continuous improvement, we implement projects that meet our Clients’ expectations, comply with safety regulations and achieve high levels of satisfaction for our Clients.
