The project involved the development of oil and gas on the island of Sakhalin. It includes the development of the Lunskoye natural gas field on the shelf offshore Sakhalin Island in the Okhotsk Sea and associated onshore infrastructure. The project managed and operated by Sakhalin Energy + Shell. It includes Russia’s first liquefied natural gas plant. The development is located in areas previously little affected by human activity, which makes it necessary to pay special attention to its impact on the local environment.
Activity:
Construction, procedural and cost audit of the project for the construction of a new greenfield + brownfield gas pipeline. The team tested the construction methodology and cost model. Conducted several investigation meetings with final report to Client.
